Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Booking Policy We value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation, rescheduling, and booking policies outlined below: 1. Cancellations: Customers may cancel their appointment or booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. 2. Rescheduling: Customers are welcome to reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Requests for rescheduling made within 48 hours of the start time will be accommodated based on availability. 3. Booking Window: Early bookings are encouraged and can be made up to 60 days before the desired start time. This allows us to better plan and allocate resources to meet your needs effectively. 4. Late Bookings: To ensure adequate preparation and staffing, bookings made within 4 hours of the desired start time may be limited. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. 5. Late Arrival Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, please note that late arrival will result in a deduction from the total appointment time. For example, if a client books a one-hour slot and arrives 30 minutes late, their session will be shortened to 30 minutes accordingly. *Please note, every person who enters DreamBox is required to pay a General Admission Ticket.* We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policies, which are designed to optimize our services for all clients.
